Scheduling

There are two ways to schedule imaging tests at RadRad Imaging:
We’ll call you. Once your provider faxes your imaging order to our office, we will contact you via the information in your patient file. If you have not visited us before, please contact us directly.

What to Bring to Your Appointment

  • Photo ID
  • Health insurance card
  • A copy of your physician’s order (if it was provided to you)
  • Patient Registration and Consent & Acknowledgement Forms (you can also fill these out at our center – please arrive 15 minutes early

Please note: different imaging tests have different preparation requirements. You will receive any special instructions at the time of your scheduling.
